A little clarity so your visit is relaxed and stress-free.
A small deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
Please give at least [48 hours'] notice if you need to cancel or rearrange, so the appointment can be offered to someone else. Cancellations with less notice may result in the deposit being retained.
Appointments are never rushed, so timing matters. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to protect the following client's appointment, or rearranged where necessary.
Prescription treatments (such as anti-wrinkle injections) require a face-to-face prescriber consultation to assess suitability and cannot be booked directly online.
